Premium Spray Booths – Engineered for Performance
Our spray booths are constructed with laser-cut, precision-folded 18-gauge galvanized steel and come in a variety of pre-engineered standard sizes for quick availability. Custom size solutions can also be developed to meet specific site and application requirements. We offer three levels of booth construction to suit different applications: Standard, Heavy, and Xtreme Duty.
Designed for easy installation and low maintenance, these booths deliver exceptional durability and craftsmanship. When paired with high-performance W-Series RP Arrestor exhaust filters, they ensure optimal efficiency and long-lasting performance.
Booth Features
- Durable Construction: Built from 18-gauge, prime-quality galvanized steel with a reinforced support structure.
- Precision Engineering: All panels and support members are pre-punched for easy nut-and-bolt assembly.
- Adjustable Doors: Field-hung on slotted hinges, allowing for two-axis adjustment to accommodate site conditions. The standard 36” personnel door features a square tube frame, 18-gauge galvanized steel covering, and an observation window.
- Industry-Leading LED Lighting: Equipped with high-efficiency E-Light LED fixtures for reduced energy usage, truer color rendering, and lower maintenance costs. Lights are ETL listed for US and Canada, meeting Class 1 Division 2 and Class 2 Division 2 safety ratings.
- Advanced Filtration System: Each booth includes W-Series RP Paint Arrestor blanket media for extended filter life, increased depth loading, and superior holding capacity. The innovative FilterLoc technology ensures a secure fit, preventing overspray bypass and allowing for quick filter changes.
- Efficient Airflow Management: Equipped with high-quality tubeaxial fans and motors for optimal performance.
- Integrated Safety Features: Includes an air solenoid valve interlocked with the exhaust fan and spray application air supply for enhanced operational control.

Crossdraft Paint Booth
In a Crossdraft paint booth the fresh air is brought in the booth through intake filters located in the doors at the front of the booth. The clean filtered air then travels horizontally to rear exhaust filters. A crossdraft booth is economical to purchase, operate and maintain.
Semi/Modified Downdraft Booth
A Semi/Modified Downdraft paint booth allows filtered air to enter the booth through the rear ceiling. The air moves vertically and horizontally and exits through exhaust filters in the rear wall of the booth.
Side Downdraft Booth
Side Downdraft spray paint booths allow for airflow to enter the booth from a pre-filtered intake plenum in the ceiling and down through a 2nd set of high quality diffusion media filters. The air flows vertically and exits the exhaust plenum in either the back wall or the lower interior sides of the booth. This provides efficient overspray control and a healthier, cleaner work environment without an expensive downdraft exhaust pit.
Full Downdraft Booth
The Full Downdraft paint booth provides vertical down draft airflow. The air enters the booth from a pre-filtered intake plenum in the ceiling and down through a 2nd set of high quality diffusion media filters. The filtered air moves tightly around the vehicle and exits the booth through the exhaust filters in the floor. The exhaust filters in the downdraft booth are in a pit below the ground or in an above ground basement that sits on the existing floor. These paint booths provides the cleanest intake air, most efficient overspray control and the highest quality finished product.
Prep Station
For prepping and painting vehicles, the EZ Limited Finishing Prep Station optimizes space and efficiency while providing a clean, safe and effective work environment. Our prep station uses a pressurization fan to bring in fresh air from upper levels into the prep station. The air is filtered through an exhaust plenum located at the back of the workstation and ultimately expelled outside through an exhaust fan. This design allows for easy addition of a heated air makeup unit.
Paint Mixing Room
The Full Downdraft paint booth provides vertical down draft airflow. The air enters the booth from a pre-filtered intake plenum in the ceiling and down through a 2nd set of high quality diffusion media filters. The filtered air moves tightly around the vehicle and exits the booth through the exhaust filters in the floor. The exhaust filters in the downdraft booth are in a pit below the ground or in an above ground basement that sits on the existing floor.
